FAQs
Where do you serve?
We're based in North Texas and serve the entire Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex — Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Denton, Southlake, and Grapevine. Traveling further? Ask us.
What types of events do you serve?
From elegant weddings and corporate gatherings to church conferences and grassroots community events, we serve coffee experiences that elevate any environment. Whether you're planning something big or just getting started, we’re here to bring warmth, excellence, and connection to your event.
How far in advance should we book?
Most events are confirmed six to twelve weeks out, and we take a limited number of dates each month. If your date is inside two weeks, reach out anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
How does your pricing work?
Pricing depends on guest count, service window, cart selection, and travel. Event experiences begin at $895. Share your details and we'll build a proposal shaped around your event.
What's included?
Local roasters, full espresso bar, ceremonial matcha, premium syrups, alternative milks at no extra charge, trained baristas, setup and breakdown. We bring the vibe, the baristas, and of course, the coffee.
What do you need from us on the day?
Access to power and a flat space roughly 6ft’ x 5ft. We arrive 1-2 hours early to set up and handle breakdown ourselves. Indoors or outdoors both work.
Can you brand the cart for our company or event?
Yes. Custom cups, custom menus, cart wraps, and signature drinks built around your brand or your wedding. This is a core part of what we do for corporate activations.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We're fully licensed and insured, and we can provide a COI for your venue on request.
How many people can you serve?
A single cart handles most events comfortably. For larger gatherings we add carts and staff — we've served 4,476 drinks across a three-day activation with multiple carts running.
Is faith part of your business?
Yes. Aurora was built on the belief that God is present in the ordinary, and that hospitality is a way of reflecting that. It shapes how we treat our clients, our team, and every guest we serve.
